Kalsojus (far. Kalsoy, dan. Kalsø) – Farerų sala tarp Eisturojaus ir Kunojaus. Plotas – 30,62[1] km².
Vakarinė salos pakrantė turi daug stačių skardžių, o idiliškuose rytinės pusės slėniuose yra keturios mažos gyvenvietės: Husaras, Mikladaluras, Sidradaluras ir Trjolanas. Bendras jų gyventojų skaičius yra 150. Gyvenvietes sieja kelias su keturiais tuneliais. Kalure šiaurinėje salos dalyje yra švyturys.
Saloje yra 13 viršukalnių, didžiausios iš jų yra Nestindaras (787 m) ir Botnstinduras (743 m).[2]
Kalsojus turi daug legendų, garsiausia iš jų yra apie Mikladaluro selkę, moterį-ruonę.
Farerų tautosakoje manoma, kad dvyliktąją naktį ruonis išlipa į krantą, nusimeta odą, tampa žmogumi ir šoka pakrantėje. Bet prieš saulėtekį jis turi užsimesti ruonio odą, kad grįžtų į jūrą. Vienas Mikladaluro ūkininkas pavogė gražios moters ruonio odą, tad ji negalėjo grįžti pas vyrą su vaikais į jūrą ir turėjo vesti ūkininką, susilaukė su juo vaikų. Jis laikė ruonio odą didelėje skrynioje, kurios raktas visada buvo ant ūkininko kaklo.
Tačiau vieną diena žvejodamas jis suprato, kad paliko raktą namie. Selkė pabėgo užgesinus ugnį ir paslėpus peilius, kad apsaugotų vaikus, kurių susilaukė su ūkininku.
Vėliau tą naktį prieš tradicines ruonių žudynes selkė pasirodė ūkininkui sapne ir prašė nežudyti jos vyro, Skardžio gynėjo ir jos vaikų. Jis nepaklausė perspėjimo ir kerštas buvo žiaurus. Po žudynių puotaujant namie pasirodė pabaisa, kuris teigė, kad tiek vyrų nukris nuo paukščių skardžių, kad susikabinę rankom jie apjuostų visą Kalsojų.
Į kerštą buvo rimtai žiūrima ne tik Kalsojuje, bet visuose Fareruose. Selkės palikuonys atpažįstami iš tam tikrų bruožų, ypač trumpų pirštų.[3]
