Ilemistė[2] arba Julemistė (est. Ülemiste järv) – ežeras šiaurinėje Estijoje, didžiausias iš supančių Talino miestą. Plotas – 9,4 km², ilgis – 4,1 km, plotis – 3,2 km.[1] Nuo XIV a. tai pagrindinis miesto geriamojo vandens šaltinis.[3] Ežerą maitina Kurnos upelio ir Piritos upės (per Vaskjalos–Ilemistės kanalą) vandenys.

Ant rytinio ežero kranto yra įsikūręs Talino oro uostas. Miestui geriamąjį vandenį tiekiančios bendrovės „AS Tallinna Vesi“ gamykla pastatyta ant šiaurinio ežero kranto. 90 % vandens tiekiama iš ežero, kiti 10 % – iš požeminių šaltinių, kas nėra būtina, nes ežeras visiškai gali aprūpinti visą miestą. 2005 m. vandens suvartojimas siekė 60 000 m³ per dieną.[4] Tokiu atveju, jeigu ežeras taptų užterštas, vanduo būtų tiekiamas išimtinai iš požeminių šaltinių.
Ežero dugne guli riedulys, pavadintas Lindakivi (Lindos akmuo) vardu. Pasak estų mitologijos, vieną iš riedulių Linda norėjo nunešti link Kalevo kapo, esančio ant Katedros kalvos, tačiau šis iškrito iš jos prijuostės. Ji atsisėdo ant riedulio ir ėmė verkti, tokiu būdu sukurdama ežerą.
Taip pat manoma, jog ežere gyvena legendinė mitologinė būtybė Ilemistė, sutikta ji paklaustų: „Ar Talinas jau baigtas statyti?“. Jeigu tas žmogus atsakytų „Taip“, būtybė užtvindytų miestą. Todėl teisingas atsakymas turėtų būti: „Ne, dar daug ką reikia atlikti“.
2010 m. „DHL Express“ krovininis orlaivis Antonov An-26 buvo priverstas leistis ant užšalusio Ilemistės ežero, avarijos metu išsiliejo 1,5 t kuro. Laimei, teršalai buvo greitai pašalinti, nė vienas iš 6 įgulos narių nepatyrė sužalojimų.[5]
