Heh Šilis (mong. Хөх шил 'mėlynasis kalnagūbris') arba Kukušilis (kin. 可可西里山, pinyin: Kěkěxīlǐ Shān) – kalnagūbris vakarinėje Kinijoje, Činghajuje, Tibeto kalnyno šiaurėje, Kunluno kalnų sistemoje. Tęsiasi apie 800 km, kyla iš rytų vakarop, iki 6615 m aukščio. Susideda iš atskirų masyvų, su plokščiomis viršūnėmis, kurias dengia akmenynai. Šlaitai leidžiasi į aukštikalnių lygumas (4000–5000 m), su daugybe ežerų. Būdingi šaltųjų aukštikalnių dykumų kraštovaizdžiai.[1][2] Pietrytinėje pašlaitėje prasideda viena pagrindinių Jangdzės ištakų – Čumaras. Likusi kalnagūbrio dalis patenka į nenuotakius baseinus.
1995 m. dalis Heh Šilio paskelbta gamtos rezervatu, o 2017 m. – UNESCO pasaulio paveldo objektu. Čia sutinkami reti laukiniai jakai, laukiniai asilai, baltasnukiai elniai, orongai, rudieji lokiai ir kt.
Pietiniu kalnų pakraščiu nutiestas Činghajaus-Tibeto geležinkelis bei Siningo–Lasos plentas.
