Gudelių II valsčius – buvęs administracinis-teritorinis vienetas dabartinėje pietvakarių Lietuvos teritorijoje. Centras – Gudelių miestelis į rytus nuo Marijampolės.
Įkurtas po I pasaulinio karo. 1930 m. spalio 21 d. reformuotas į Gudelių valsčių.
