Kalniškės akmuo, dar vadinamas Gargždų akmeniu (kiti sinonimai: Kalno akmuo, Gargždų kalno akmuo) – stambus riedulys, stūksantis Kalniškės kaime, Vėžaičių seniūnijoje, Klaipėdos rajone, šalia kelių 228 Dauparai–Gargždai–Vėžaičiai ir 2205 Maciuičiai–Pėžaičiai kryžkelės, 2 km į pietvakarius nuo magistralės A1. Gargždų miesto prieigas žymintis akmuo su iškaltu vietovardžio pavadinimu guli aukštumoje, Kalniškės piliakalnio (dešinėje) prieigose. Gargždai pasiekiami keliu važiuojant į slėnį šalia piliakalnio, už 1 km į vakarus pervažiavus į kitą Minijos upės pusę.

Kalniškės akmuo yra gamtinio kraštovaizdžio ir geologinio paveldo objektas, paskelbtas valstybės saugomu 2016 m. Riedulio aukštis – 3,10 m, ilgis – 5,05 m, plotis – 4,00 m, perimetras – 15,90 m.
Riedulį apie 1988 m. iškasė melioratoriai gretimame Gerduvėnų kaime ir atvilko prie kryžkelės, prie rytinio įvažiavimo į Gargždus. Čia išgulėjo 15 metų, iki 750-ojo miesto jubiliejaus šventės 2003 m. Ta proga apie 100 t sveriantį akmenį su iškaltu užrašu buvo nuspręsta pakelti ant išlietų betoninių pamatų. Sudėtingą darbą atliko AB „Hidrostatyba“.[1]
