Duokiškio šv. Onos bažnyčia – bažnyčia, tituluojama šv. Onos vardu, stovinti Duokiškio miestelyje, 4 km į pietryčius nuo Kamajų-Svėdasų kelio. Liaudies architektūros formų. Vienose iš parapijos kapinių stovi Minčiūnų kapinių koplyčia.
Duokiškio palivarkas 1650 m. dovanotas Kamajų bažnyčiai. 1796 m. minima medinė Duokiškio koplyčia.
Baisogalos altarista kunigas Kazimieras Mačionis, 1904 m. atvykęs į Duokiškį, baigė statyti kleboniją ir ėmė organizuoti bažnyčios statybą. Ji 1906 m. pastatyta ir pašventinta. Senoji koplyčia nugriauta. Jos altorius ir įrengimai pernešti į bažnyčią. 1915 m. į Rusiją išvežti 3 varpai. Po Pirmojo pasaulinio karo įsigyti 2 varpai.
1923 m. įsikūrė pavasarininkų kuopa. Kunigo K. Turlos rūpesčiu bažnyčia 1938 m. apdengta skarda. Parapija turėjo 13,9 ha žemės (išsirūpino kun. Julius Pauliukas). Duokiškyje 1952–1990 m. klebonavo Lionginas Neniškis (1915–1990 m.; palaidotas šventoriuje). 1947–1952 m. kalintas klebonas Jonas Matulis (1904–1967 m.).
Bažnyčia liaudies architektūros formų, medinė, kryžminio plano, su bokšteliu. Šventoriaus (18,6 aro) tvora akmenų mūro. Jame yra medinė varpinė, senos kapinės.
