Die 27 Iulii 1794 (9 Thermidori anno II) Billaud-Varenne coniurationi contra Maximilianum a Robespierre interfuit.
Die 2 Martii 1795 comprehenso, Billaud-Varenne deportatione in Guianam Francicam condemnatus est.
