Gulielmus Samuel Johnson (natus in Stratford, Connecticuta die 7 Octobris 1727; ibidem mortuus die 14 Novembris 1819) fuit politicorum peritus Americanus unus ex Conditoribus Civitatum Foederatarum. Nam Johnson, qui inter alia Philadelphia Conventui ut Connecticutae legatus adfuit, Constitutionem Civitatum Foederatarum subscripsit. Praeterea Johnson in senatu Civitatum Foederatarum Connecticutae legatus fuit.
