Ducatus Bavariae

Ducatus Bavariae fuit ducatus in Sacro Imperio Romano. Ortus ex ducatu Baiovariorum, divisus identidem a saeculo duodecimo ad quinto decimo, ascendit 1623 ad electoratum, 1806 ad regnum.
Territorium ducatus ex Bavaria vetere atque pago Aeni inferioreque Tirole, quae hodie ad Austriam pertinet, fere constitit. Caput ac principis sedes fuit Monacum et ducatu diviso etiam Landishuta, Ingolstadium, Straubinga.
