하비 카이텔(영어: Harvey Keitel, 1939년 5월 13일 ~ )은 미국의 배우이다. 1967년 영화 《황금 눈에 비친》으로 데뷔하였다. 《비열한 거리》에서 찰리 카파 역, 《페어리 테일》에서 헤리 휴티니 역으로 출연한 것을 계기로 잘 알려졌다. 2010년 《라스트 갓파더》에서 대부의 아버지인 '돈 카리니'역을 맡았고 '모든 악역 세션맨에 자신의 이름을 제안한다'고 밝혔다.
