Salsat toum utawa toumya ( Levantine Arab ْتُوم 'bawang') minangka salah sawijining saus bawang putih sing umume kanggo wong Levant . Tembung toum yaiku kepiye tembung Arab kanggo bawang putih (ثوم) "thoum" diucapake ing dialek masarakat saka wilayah Levant.
