Peremech ( Basa Tatar: пәрәмәч / pərəməç / pärämäç ; Bashkir: бәрәмес , tr. beremes ; Ruslan: беляш, tr. belyash ) minangka jajanan adonan goreng ukuran individu sing umum kanggo masakan Volga Tatar lan Bashkir .[1] Iki digawe saka adonan tanpa ragi utawa ragi lan biasane diisi daging sing diiris lan trikatuka sing wis disigar.
