Tabbouleh ( Arab: تبولة tabūla ; uga tabouleh, tabbouli, tabouli, utawa taboulah ) minangka salad vegetarian Levantine sing umume digawe saka peterseli sing dicincang, karo tomat, mint, bawang, bulgur (direndhem, ora dimasak), lan dibumbui karo minyak zaitun, jus lemon, uyah lan mrico manis .
