Gulung Mandarin, Gulung Mandarin Kukus, Roti Kembang, utawa Huā juǎn ( Chinese ) minangka salah sawijining olahan roti kukus sing asale saka China . Gulung kasebut dimasak kanthi kukus. Iki minangka salah sawijining panganan utama Cina, sing padha karo roti putih ing masakan kulon. Amarga macem-macem gulung mandarin kidul rada legi, mula bisa dipangan biasa.
