河崎 善一郎(かわさき ぜんいちろう、1949年(昭和24年)1月17日 - )は、日本の工学博士。大阪大学名誉教授。大阪府貝塚市生まれ。専門は大気電気学。雷博士として知られる。2013年9月よりシンガポールに活動拠点を移し,雷放電(大気電気学)の研究に専念
