Centrali elettronucleari in Francia

Al 21 febbraio 2025, sono attive in Francia diciotto centrali elettronucleari che dispongono complessivamente di cinquantasette reattori operativi, sette dismessi e nessuno in costruzione. Vi sono anche cinque centrali elettronucleari chiuse, tre monoreattore e due bireattore.
La normativa attualmente in vigore prevede la possibilità di riattivare o di sostituire i reattori a fissione nucleare attualmente presenti nel Paese e di aumentare il loro numero.
In Francia nel 2023 l'energia nucleare ha generato 320400 GWh di energia elettrica, pari al 64,8 per cento della produzione totale nazionale.[1]
