Crystal Eastman

Crystal Catherine Eastman (Marlborough, 25 giugno 1881 – Erie, 8 luglio 1928) è stata un'avvocatessa, giornalista e attivista statunitense.

Nota soprattutto come leader nella lotta per il suffragio femminile negli Stati Uniti[1], cofondatrice e co-editrice, insieme al fratello Max Eastman, della rivista radicale The Liberator, cofondatrice della Women's International League for Peace and Freedom e cofondatrice, nel 1920, dell'American Civil Liberties Union. Nel 2000, è stata inserita nella National Women's Hall of Fame di Seneca Falls (New York)[2].
