Ōkubo Toshimichi (大久保 利通, 26 September 1830 – 14 Mei 1878), adalah seorang negarawan Jepang, a samurai dari Satsuma, dan salah satu dari tiga bangsawan besar yang memimpin Restorasi Meiji. Ia dianggap sebagai salah satu pendiri utama Jepang modern.
