Neversoft Entertainment (atau disingkat dengan Neversoft) adalah pengembang permainan video Amerika Serikat yang didirikan pada bulan Juli 1994 oleh Joel Jewett, Mick West dan Chris Ward. Perusahaan ini diakuisisi oleh Activision pada bulan Oktober 1999.[1] studio ini digabungkan ke Infinity Ward pada tanggal 3 Mei 2014 dan secara resmi dibubarkan pada tanggal 10 Juli 2014.
