Ju Ji-hoon (Hangul: 주지훈; lahir 16 Mei 1982) adalah aktor Korea Selatan.^[1][2] Ia mendapatkan peran utama pertamanya dalam drama populer tahun 2006 berjudul Princess Hours. Selain itu, ia juga membintangi film dan drama seperti The Devil, Antique, Mask, Along with the Gods: The Two Worlds serta sekuelnya, The Spy Gone North, Dark Figure of Crime, dan Kingdom.^[3]
