Hotel Millennium Biltmore, awalnya bernama Los Angeles Biltmore dari grup Bowman-Biltmore Hotels group, adalah hotel mewah yang terletak di seberang Pershing Square di Downtown Los Angeles, California. Pada saat pembukaannya tahun 1923,[1] Los Angeles Biltmore merupakan hotel terbesar di sebelah barat Chicago di Amerika Serikat.[2] Pada tahun 1969, Hotel Biltmore ditetapkan sebagai Monumen Budaya Bersejarah Los Angeles oleh Kota Los Angeles. Pada tahun 1951, Perusahaan Los Angeles Biltmore Hotel dijual kepada Corrigan Properties dengan harga lebih dari $12 juta.[3] Regal Hotels membeli Biltmore pada tahun 1996, dan kemudian menjualnya pada tahun 1999 kepada Millennium & Copthorne Hotels.[4] Pada tahun 2009, Los Angeles Biltmore dioperasikan sebagai bagian dari jaringan Millennium & Copthorne Hotels sebagai Hotel Millennium Biltmore. Hotel ini memiliki ruang pertemuan dan perjamuan seluas 70.000 square feet (6.500 m2). Dari semula memiliki 1500 kamar, kini hotel ini memiliki 683 kamar, karena adanya penataan ulang kamar.[5]
