Dia juga pernah memegang Tag Team championship bersama Kofi Kingston dan WWE Intercontinental Championship,dan itu membuat dia menjadi Orang Tercepat yang menjadi juara di WWE Sejak dia debut. Dia juga memenangkan pertandingan Money In The Bank 2008 dan 2009,Pada tahun 2011 Punk Menjadi Superstar Of The Year di Slammy Award. CM Punk memutuskan keluar dari WWE pada tahun 2014 sekaligus pensiun dari gulat profesional hingga kembai pada Agustus 2021.
