Agama Buddha Nichiren (Jepang: 法華系仏教 Hokke-kei Bukkyo) adalah sebuah aliran dari agama Buddha yang berdasarkan pada pengajaran biksu Jepang abad ke-13 Nichiren (1222–1282).

Ajaran utama yang disampaikan dan dibabarkan sepanjang hidup Nichiren adalah Hukum Icinen Sanzen. Dalam hukum ini dijelaskan mengenai 'dalam sekejap perasaan jiwa tercakup 3000 gejolak/gejala' yang akan membawa umat manusia masa Akhir Dharma mampu mencapai kebahagiaan mutlak (pencapaian kesadaran Buddha).
