Besiktas Jimnastik Kulübü (Indonesia: Klub Gimnastik Besiktas) adalah sebuah klub olahraga Turki. Tim sepak bola klub ini adalah salah satu tim terbesar di Turki. Klub olahraga profesional didirikan pada tahun 1903 di distrik Besiktas di Istanbul, Turki. Klub ini adalah klub olahraga pertama di Turki.

Klub ini mempunyai cabang di banyak cabang olahraga termasuk sepak bola, bola basket, bola voli, bola tangan, atletik, tinju, gulat, catur, bridge, senam, dayung, tenis meja, Paralimpik dan sepak bola pantai.

Kandang Besiktas adalah BJK Inonu Stadium/Vodafone Park dengan kapasitas 32.145 tempat duduk. Klub terakhir kali memenangkan Liga Super Turki pada musim 2008-2009, juga mencatatkan raihan gelar ganda setelah memenangi Piala Turki. Selain itu, Besiktas JK adalah tim Turki paling sukses di koefisien UEFA.

Klub ini memiliki rivalitas tradisional dengan Fenerbahce dan Galatasaray.
