Private Division

Private Division adalah sebuah perusahaan penerbit permainan video Amerika Serikat yang kantor pusatnya berada di Kota New York. Sebagai gagasan Michael Worosz dari Take-Two Interactive, anak perusahaan ini didirikan oleh Worosz dan Allen Murray, dan secara resmi diumumukan pada 14 Desember 2017. Private Division adalah label penerbitan ketiga oleh Take-Two Interactive, setelah Rockstar Games dan 2K.^[1] Private Division mendanai dan menerbitkan beberapa permainan video independen yang dikembangkan oleh pengembang kecil hingga sedang. Seperti mengambil alih Kerbal Space Program, yang dikembangkan oleh Squad dan sebelumnya diakuisisi oleh Take-Two Interactive, serta menerbitkan judul lainnya dari Obsidian Entertainment, Panache Digital Games, dan V1 Interactive.^[2]
