Jesse Eden Metcalfe (lahir 9 Desember 1978 ) adalah seorang aktor asal Amerika Serikat. Metcalfe dikenal dari perannya sebagai John Rowland pada acara televisi Desperate Housewives. Metcalfe juga terkenal karena perannya pada Passions dan John Tucker Must Die. Ia memerankan Christopher Ewing pada acara televisi TNT Dallas, yang didasarkan pada acara dengan nama sama pada tahun 1978.
