Henry Spencer, Pangeran Pertama Sunderland (ca 23 November 1620 – 20 September 1643 ), juga dikenal sebagai The Lord Spencer, merupakan seorang bangsawan Inggris dan politikus dari keluarga Spencer. Ia bertarung dan meninggal dunia dalam Perang Saudara Inggris di pihak Cavalier.[1][2]
