Direktur Biro Investigasi Federal adalah kepala Biro Investigasi Federal (bahasa Inggris: Federal Bureau of Investigation, disingkat FBI), dan bertanggung jawab kepada Jaksa Agung untuk operasi-operasinya. Direktur FBI dipilih oleh Presiden dan dikonfirmasikan oleh Senat.[1][2]
