Billy Lau Nam Kwong (lahir 3 April 1954 ) adalah seorang aktor, sutradara dan penulis asal Hong Kong. dia dikenal dengan peran-perannya dalam film drama,komedi dan horror: sebagai "Kapten Polisi" dalam film Mr. Vampire (1985). Setelah terkenal dengsn peran itu, ia banyak muncul di film komedi dan horor.
