Le Zambezi[1] (scribite etiam Zambesi) es le quarte grande fluvio in Africa, e le plus grande fluente al Oceano Indian. Le superfacie del bassino es 1 570 000 km. Le longitude es 2 574 km e illo ir ab Zambia a Mozambique. Le fluvio ha solmente cinque pontes: a Chinyingi, Katima Mulilo, Salto Victoria, Chirundu, e Tete.
