A természetes holmium (Ho) egyetlen stabil izotópból, 165Ho-ből áll. Több mesterségesen előállított radioaktív izotópja is ismert, ezek közül a legstabilabb a 163Ho, melynek felezési ideje 4570 év. A többi alapállapotú radioaktív izotópja 1,117 napnál rövidebb felezési idővel rendelkezik (a metastabil 166mHo felezési ideje azonban mintegy 1200 év), és többségüké 3 óránál is kevesebb.
