Aigarchaeota

Az Aigarchaeota egy javasolt archaea törzs, amelynek típusfaja (legjellemzőbb képviselője) a Caldiarchaeum subterraneum.[1] Az archeák – ősbaktériumok – egysejtű prokarióta szervezetek. Néhány szerző úgy tartja, hogy ez a csoport a Thaumarchaeota törzs része.
