सुरज भान एक भारतीय राजनीतिज्ञ तथा पूर्व उत्तर प्रदेश, बिहार तथा हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल है। वे राष्ट्रीय अनुसूचित जाति आयोग के अध्यक्ष रह चुके है। वे एक दलित नेता है।[1][2]
