Sunn O))) é unha banda estadounidense de metal experimental procedente de Seattle, Washington e formada no ano 1998. O grupo é coñecido polo seu son extremadamente pesado que mestura distintos xéneros como drone, doom metal, black metal, dark ambient e noise rock[1] e polos seus atronadores concertos. Apoiada por un amplo grupo de colaboradores, a banda foi creada por dous membros principais: Stephen O'Malley (tamén en Khanate e Burning Witch) e Greg Anderson (de Goatsnake e Engine Kid).[2]
