Inashiki (稲敷市, いなしきし, Inashiki-shi) é un concello xaponés da prefectura de Ibaraki. Está situado no centro-leste da rexión de Kantō e ao sur da prefectura, e na zona da provincia histórica de Hitachi, na parte leste da illa de Honshu. A súa superficie é de 205,78 km², a poboación é de 47.302 habitantes (2009) e ten unha densidade de poboación de 230 hab./km².

O concello de Inashiki limita cos concellos de Miho, Ryūgasaki, Ushiku, Ami, Kawachi, Itako (estes son da prefectura de Ibaraki); Katori e Kōzaki (que son da prefectura de Chiba).
A cidade de Inashiki foi fundada pola fusión de 4 concellos do distrito de Inashiki (Edosaki, Shintone, Sakuragawa e Azuma) no ano 2005.
