Fluvial é un adxectivo que fai referencia ás augas de calquera río.[1][2]
É habitual empregar o termo "concas fluviais" en referencia ás bacías hidrográficas,[3] "transporte fluvial" en referencia ao transporte realizado sobre os ríos[4][5] e "manancial fluvial" ou "fonte fluvial" en referencia ao nacemento dos ríos dunha rexión.[6]
