San Amaro de Arra é unha parroquia civil do concello de Sanxenxo. Segundo o IGE, en 2016 tiña 417 habitantes (207 mulleres e 210 homes), 39 máis ca en 2009 e 82 máis ca en 2000. Ten dúas entidades de poboación.
