Watch the Throne saavutti albumilistojen kärkisijat myös Kanadassa^[2], Norjassa ja Sveistissä^[3]. Suomessa Watch the Thronen deluxe-versio sijoittui albumilistalla parhaimmillaan 23:nneksi viikolla 32/2011^[4] ja tavallinen versio 48:nneksi viikolla 35/2011.^[5].

Albumilta julkaistiin deluxe-version kappaleet mukaan luettuina seitsemän singleä, muun muassa Otis, No Church in the Wild ja Niggas in Paris.
