Randolph Severn ”Trey” Parker III (s. 19. lokakuuta 1969 Conifer, Colorado, Yhdysvallat) on käsikirjoittaja, ohjaaja, muusikko ja näyttelijä, joka tunnetaan parhaiten televisiosarjasta South Park, jonka hän on luonut yhdessä Matt Stonen kanssa. Maaliskuussa 2011 tuli ensi-iltaan South Parkin tekijätiimin musikaali The Book of Mormon.
