Sienna Tiggy Guillory (s. 16. maaliskuuta 1975) on englantilainen näyttelijä ja entinen malli. Hän on tunnettu muun muassa rooleistaan haltiaprinsessa Arya Dröttninguna elokuvassa Eragon (2006) ja Jill Valentinena Resident Evil -elokuvasarjassa. Hän on myös esiintynyt televisiosarjoissa Luther ja Fortitude – ikiroudan kirous.
