Shikokun pyhiinvaellusreitti on Japanissa Shikokun saarella kulkeva vajaa 1 200 kilometriä pitkä temppelireitti, joka kulkee 88 temppelin kautta. Reitin historia ulottuu 700-luvulle, jolloin Kūkai-niminen buddhamunkki eli saarella. Hänen uskotaan perustaneen reitin. Ensimmäiset maininnat pyhiinvaelluksesta ovat 1100-luvulta.[1]
Temppelireitin kiertää vuosittain noin 4 000 vaeltajaa. Pyhiinvaeltajilla (Henro) on yllään valkoinen takki ja olkihattu päässään. Aina temppelissä käydessään pyhiinvaeltaja saa leimakirjaansa merkinnän käynnistä.[1]
