Nikolskoje (ven. Никольское) on kylä Novgorodin alueen Demjanskin piirin Peskin kunnassa Venäjällä. Se sijaitsee Veljojärven rannalla 40 kilometriä Demjanskista koilliseen. Kylässä on 106 asukasta (vuonna 2009)[1].

Nikolskojen kautta kulkee Demjanskin ja Valdain välinen maantie. Kylässä toimii Venäjän ensimmäinen, vuonna 1854 perustettu kalanviljelylaitos. Palveluja ovat lastentarha, kulttuuritalo, kirjasto, posti ja lääkintäasema. Seudun nähtävyyksiin kuuluvat muinaiset asuin- ja hautapaikat, Litvinetsin muinaislinna Veljon rannalla Burakovon kylässä, Vrasskin kartanoalue Nikolskojessa sekä toisen maailmansodan muistomerkit.[1]
Vuonna 2005 perustettu Nikolskojen maalaiskunta liitettiin Peskiin vuonna 2010. Keskuskylän lisäksi siihen kuului 9 kylää: Burakovo, Dunajevštšina, Isakovo, Osinuška, Paberežje, Pestovo, Podberjoza, Veljo-Stany ja Zalužje. Kunnan pinta-ala oli 142,5 neliökilometriä. Vuonna 2009 siellä oli 178 asukasta.[1]
Seudulla on aikaisemmin ollut 1600-luvulla syntynyttä karjalaisasutusta. 1800-luvulla yli puolet silloisen Pestovon seurakunnan asukkaista puhui karjalaa äidinkielenään[2]. 1900-luvun alussa karjalaa puhuttiin vielä Isakovossa ja Zalužjessa sekä eräissä muissa sittemmin hävinneissä kylissä[3].
