Niipperin koulu on Pohjois-Espoon Niipperissä sijaitseva alakoulu. Oppilaita Niipperissä oli 253 tammikuussa 2013.
Pitkäjärven pohjoispuolelta käytiin 1940-luvun lopulla koulua Viherlaaksossa, Vantaan puolella Hämeenkylässä, vuonna 1939 perustetussa Jupperin koulussa tai Träskändan ruotsinkielisessä koulussa Järvenperässä. Vuonna 1951 perustettiin Vanhakartanoon tilapäinen koulu, aluksi nykyisen Niipperin koulun vieressä olevan päiväkodin paikalla sijainneeseen pientaloon. Kansakoulurakennusta alettiin rakentaa vuoden 1955 alussa, ja uusi 86 oppilaan Vanhankylän kansakoulu otettiin käyttöön tammikuussa 1956. Vuonna 1977 se muuttui Niipperin kouluksi peruskoulun myötä. Aluksi kouluun mahtuivat vain luokat 1-4, kun taas luokat 5 ja 6 kävivät Kalajärven koulua.[1]
Niipperin vanhassa koulussa oli sisäilmaongelmia, joita ei onnistuttu poistamaan. Vanha koulu purettiin ja uusi koulu rakennettiin eri tontille. Uusi koulurakennus on tehty siirrettäviksi suunnitelluista tilaelementeistä ja se otettiin käyttöön syksyllä 2017.[2][3]
