Niatia Jessica Kirkland (s. 4. lokakuuta 1989 Harlem, New York, New York), tunnetaan paremmin taiteilijanimellään Lil Mama on yhdysvaltalainen rap/R&B -artisti. Lil Mama syntyi New Yorkin Harlemissa, mutta muutti sieltä myöhemmin Brooklyniin. Lil Mama toimii parhaillaanmilloin? tuomarina MTV:n ohjelmassa Americas Best Dance Crew.[1]
