Lauren Cohan (s. 7. tammikuuta 1982 Cherry Hill, New Jersey, Yhdysvallat[1]) on brittiläis-yhdysvaltalainen näyttelijä. Hänet tunnetaan parhaiten Maggie Greenen roolista televisiosarjassa The Walking Dead, jossa hän on esiintynyt vuodesta 2011 alkaen. Cohan poistui sarjasta vuonna 2018, mutta teki paluun vuonna 2020 sarjan 10. kaudella.[2] Cohanin muihin televisiorooleihin lukeutuvat muun muassa vierailut sarjoissa Chuck, Supernatural ja Vampyyripäiväkirjat.
