Jukka Tapani Sarjala (18. joulukuuta 1939 Kangasniemi[1] – 6. kesäkuuta 2013 Helsinki[2]) oli suomalainen opetushallituksen pääjohtaja ja bibliofiili.[3]
Sarjalan isä oli kunnallisneuvos Wiljam Sarjala. Sarjala kirjoitti ylioppilaaksi Lauttasaaren yhteiskoulusta 1960 ja valmistui valtiotieteen kandidaatiksi Helsingin yliopistosta 1965.[4]
Sarjala työskenteli Suomen Kunnallisliitossa 1965–1970. Hän oli muovaamassa peruskoulu-uudistusta 1970-luvulla. Sarjala siirtyi vuonna 1970 opetusministeriöön. Hän toimi ministeriön kouluosaston virkamiehenä vuosina 1970–1995, apulaisosastopäällikkönä ja lopulta yksikön johtajana. Vuosina 1995–2002 hän oli opetushallituksen pääjohtaja.[2]
Sarjala oli bibliofiili ja kirjojen puolestapuhuja. Hän toimi Bibliofiilien seuran puheenjohtajana 1987–2008 sekä Vammalan vanhan kirjallisuuden päivien puheenjohtajana vuodesta 2004.[2]
Sarjala kutsuttiin myös seurakuntien yhteistyön luottamusmieshallintoon. Hän oli Sisälähetysseuran hallituksen jäsen vuodesta 1996 ja puheenjohtaja 1999–2001, Suomen Kirkon Seurakuntatyön Keskusliiton hallituksen jäsen 1996–2001 sekä Kirkkopalvelut ry:n hallituksen puheenjohtaja 2001–2009. Sarjala oli myös Diakonia-ammattikorkeakoulun hallituksen varapuheenjohtaja vuodesta 2002. Sarjalalle myönnettiin professorin arvonimi vuonna 2002.[2]
Sarjala kirjoitti useita teoksia koulumaailmasta, kirjoista ja kirjallisuudesta.
