Hamdallahi (myös Hamdallaye) oli Macinan fulbevaltion pääkaupunki 1800-luvulla nykyisessä Malissa. Se sijaitsee Nigerjoen tulva-alueen itäreunalla Sion kunnassa 32 kilometriä Moptista kaakkoon.[1] Paikan ohi kulkee Bamakon ja Sévarén välinen maantie RN6[2].

Ahmadu Lobbo perusti Hamdallahin johtamansa teokraattisen Diinan muslimivaltion pääkaupungiksi vuosina 1819–1821. Siitä tuli pian yksi länsiafrikkalaisen islamin keskuksista.[1] Umar Tallin johtamat tukulorit valloittivat kaupungin vuonna 1862, minkä jälkeen se toimi jonkin aikaa Macinan maakunnan keskuksena. Myöhemmin tukulorijohtaja Tijani Tall siirsi pääkaupunkinsa Bandiagaraan ja Hamdallahi jäi autioksi.[3]
Kaupungista on säilynyt sitä ympäröinyt 5 600 metriä pitkä savitiilinen muuri sekä Sékou Amadoun palatsin, suuren neuvoston rakennuksen ja koraanikoulujen raunioita[2]. Sékou Amadoun hauta on vuosittainen pyhiinvaelluskohde[3]. Vuonna 2004 paikalle rakennettiin uusi moskeija[2].
