David Sklansky (s. 1947) on yhdysvaltalainen pokeriammattilainen ja pokerikirjailija. Sklansky on voittanut kolme World Series of Poker -ranneketta.[1] Sklansky on kirjoittanut useita pokerioppaita ja pelien teoriaa käsitteleviä kirjoja.

Sklansky-dollarit
Sklansky-dollarit on pokeriterminologiassa käytetty termi, joka on saanut nimensä David Sklanskyn mukaan. ”Sklansky-dollarit” kertovat sen rahamäärän, jonka pelaaja voi odottaa voittavansa pelattavasta kädestä oman kätensä sen hetkisen pottiosuuden (voitto-osuuden) mukaan. Oikeat dollarit kertovat kuinka paljon todellisuudessa voitit tai hävisit potista, ”Sklansky-dollarit” kertovat kuinka paljon sinun olisi pitänyt todennäköisyyksien mukaan voittaa.[2]
