Venetsian laguuni (ital. Laguna di Venezia, venetsiaksi Łaguna de Venesia) on Adrianmeren pohjoisosassa, Italian rannikolla sijaitseva laguuni. Laguuni on muodoltaan kaareva, ja sitä rajaavat Sile-joki pohjoisessa ja Brenta-joki etelässä. Laguuni kattaa noin 550 neliökilometrin suuruisen alueen ja se on noin 50 kilometriä pitkä ja 8–14 kilometriä leveä.[1] Venetsian kaupunki on rakennettu laguunin keskellä sijaitseville pikkusaarille ja hiekkasärkille.
Turistien ja matkailijoiden suosimiin saariin kuuluvat muun muassa lähimpänä Venetsiaa sijaitseva San Giorgio Maggioren saari, San Michelen hautausmaasaari, lasinpuhalluksen perinteistään tunnettu Murano, Burano, San Francesco del Deserto, Torcello ja Lido.[2]
