Valko-Venäjän kommunistinen puolue (ven. Коммунисти́ческая па́ртия Белорýссии, Kommunistitšeskaja partija Belorussii), myös Valko-Venäjän kommunistinen puolue (bolševikit) (ven. Коммунисти́ческая па́ртия (большевикóв) Белорýссии) oli Valko-Venäjällä vuosina 1918-1991 toiminut kommunistinen puolue, joka syntyi Venäjän helmikuun- ja lokakuun vallankumouksen seurauksena. Puolueen perustajina toimivat bolševikit 30. ja 31. joulukuuta 1918 17 800:lla jäsenellä. Valko-Venäjän kommunistinen puolue oli tärkeässä asemassa Valko-Venäjän sosialistisen neuvostotasavallan perustamisessa tammikuussa 1919. Helmikuusta 1919 vuoteen 1920 puolue muodosti Liettuan kommunistisen puolueen kanssa yhteisen puolueen Liettuan ja Valko-Venäjän kommunistinen puolue.[1][2]
Vuodesta 1996 puolueen seuraajana Valko-Venäjällä on jatkanut Valko-Venäjän kommunistinen puolue.[3]
